Solutions:
We started by trying to better understand the existing processes in the team. Gradually we managed to fit into the (extremely tight) routine the practices to think together how to improve our productivity. We improved the organization of documents, the creation of templates and the division of leaders responsible for collections together with the product development team, thus bringing a more joint development of the products. 
 To update on trends: travel, research, documentation and sharing with the team. 
Engagement of the team: the best way I managed to do that was being transparent about the deadlines, the importance of each one's role in the team and the importance of the designer to the company, so that he feels part of what is being developed. It has always been a joint effort with the Human Resources team.
Results:
Every year we achieve better productivity results and improve our processes. I'm proud to say that every designer who joined Tilibra learns a lot about researching trends, how to organize their workspace and how to show that their work matters. In 2015, the team had 21 designers. And in the image above you can see the 8 collections that I supervised from start to finish.
